2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Ship the Item Back: After receiving the return authorization, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
  4. Processing Your Return/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refunds
